SUNDA Flat Plate collectors offer exceptional value and performance. Flat Plate collectors have a long history of reliable operation in a wide range of challenging conditions.  The SUNDA absorber fin utilizes an advanced selective surface and integrated copper riser. The riser is completely surrounded by and bonded to the absorber, creating a highly effective solar thermal conversion path. 

These collectors are uniquely sized for ease of installation and smart appearance. Each SUNDA flat plate collector is easy to handle at only 93 pounds, and offers 21.5 square feet of collector area.  This relative light weight and size makes for less cumbersome installation and allows collectors in smaller and hard to fit roof areas.  The heavy duty frame, glass and backing are all constructed for long life and reliability.  Collector glass is 5/32in (4mm) thick and available in standard or low iron tempered glass.  SUNDA flat plate collectors should be installed in a closed loop configuration.
