Leif Juell: Company Founder and Co-Owner.  Leif has a strong electrical and electronics background with a B.S. in Broadcast Engineering.  He is certified to design, install, and service renewable energy systems of all kinds.  Leif is knowledgeable of leading alternative power technologies and is an active attendee of certification trainings and workshops.

Jim Henehgan: Company Founder and Co-Owner.  Jim is a mechanical and electrical engineer who brings a wide variety of experience to our firm.  When he is not driving the tractor on his organic farm,  Jim is an active member of the renewable energy community.  Jim lives in a home powered entirely off-grid. 

Jill Markey: Administrative Support.  Jill's many duties include bookkeeping and inventory management.  As Leif's business partner and wife, she has a broad range of business management experience in the solar industry.  Jill & Leif's home enjoys both photovoltaic and solar thermal systems. 

Tim Delaney: General Manager.  Tim has a B.A. in Business Administration and has 15 years of experience in complex system and process management.  His primary role is to provide product training, support and meet the needs of our growing dealer network.  With Leif's help, Tim recently rehabilitated a 20 plus year old solar thermal system that now supplies 95% of his family's year round domestic hot water. 

David Walsh: New Mexico Sales Representative.  Dave has a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. After college, David worked in various sales and teaching positions. His most recent work experience enabled him to further develop his management, team building and communication skills. David is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service and customer education. We are happy to have Dave join us and look forward to helping New Mexico take advantage of its abundant sunshine.
